专利说明:
"WALL SUPPORT FOR RADIATORS" The present invention relates to a wall mount for a radiator. As is well known, radiators consisting of one or more parallel beams of quadrangular radiant elements are commercially available. The radiant elements are arranged horizontally or vertically and provide the hydraulic connection of the transverse collectors connected to the heating system. In general, radiators of this type are fixed to the wall by means of square brackets welded to the radiant elements. These supports are designed to create protuberances which project on the face of the radiator directed towards the wall, so as to allow its anchoring by means of screws and expansion plugs. Such a system is commonly used but is not free of drawbacks. During welding operations, metallurgical phenomena or execution errors may in fact occur, and cause defects in the weld. In particular, surface discontinuities such as cracks and pores can lead to the appearance of structural weak points affecting the reliability of the radiators. Welding operations can in general come to be only marginally advantageous, from an economic point of view as well. These operations may actually require another processing step during production. Another drawback results from the fact that the square stirrups welded to the radiators offer virtually no possibility of adjustment. As a result, it usually becomes very difficult to locate the exact attachment point on the wall. It should also be noted that the presence of square stirrups increases the overall volume of the radiator, with repercussions on transport costs. The object of the invention is to solve the problems described above, by providing a radiator wall support, which can be used without welding and offers a wide possibility of adjustment, so as to allow to choose the exact fixing point of the radiator. . Within the scope of this object, a particular object of the invention is to provide a practical wall mount and quick installation. Another object of the invention is to provide a wall support that can be used both on radiators consisting of a single beam of radiant elements as radiators composed of several beams of radiant elements. Another object of the invention is to provide a wall support that can be used both on radiators composed of horizontal radiant elements and on radiators composed of vertical radiant elements. This object, as well as other objects that will become more apparent hereafter, is realized by a radiator wall support, comprising a stirrup which forms a first part which can be coupled to a wall and a second part which can be associated with a radiator, characterized in that it comprises a removable locking means which, during locking, prevents the radiator from sliding vis-à-vis the stirrup, the second part can be inserted between the radiating elements of the radiator. Other features and advantages will emerge more clearly from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment of a wall support according to the invention, illustrated by non-limiting examples in the appended drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a part of the wall support according to the invention, arranged for horizontal fixing, Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, arranged for horizontal fixing, Fig. 3 is another perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, arranged for horizontal fixing, Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, applied horizontally on a radiator comprising a single beam of radiant elements, Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, applied horizontally on a radiator comprising a double beam of radiant elements, Fig. 6 is a top view of a wall support according to the invention, applied horizontally on a radiator comprising a double beam of radiant elements, Fig. 7 is a side view of a wall support according to the invention, applied horizontally on a radiator comprising a double beam of radiant elements. Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a portion of a wall support according to the invention, arranged for vertical attachment, Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention arranged for vertical fixation, Fig. 10 is another perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, arranged for vertical fixation, Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, applied vertically on a radiator comprising a single beam of radiant elements, Fig. 12 is a perspective view of a wall support according to the invention, applied vertically on a radiator comprising a double beam of radiant elements, Fig. 13 is a view from above of a wall support according to the invention, applied vertically on a radiator comprising a double beam of radiant elements, Fig. 14 is a side view of a wall support according to the invention, applied vertically on a radiator having a double beam of radiant elements. With reference to the drawings cited, the radiator wall support is designated by reference numeral 1. The wall support 1 comprises a stirrup, preferably made of metal, shaped so as to form a first part 2 and a second part 3, which are substantially perpendicular to each other. The first part 2 can be coupled to a wall 100, and the second part can be associated with a radiator 50. The second part 3 is shaped so that it can be inserted into the space between two adjacent radiating elements 51 of the radiator 50. According to the invention, the wall support 1 comprises a removable locking means which, during locking, prevents the radiator 50 from slipping vis-à-vis the second part 3 of the caliper. The locking means comprises a movable stop 10, preferably made of a semi-rigid material, and which can be associated in rotation with the second part 3 and remains accessible from the outside when the second part is inserted into the space between the radiant elements 51. In particular, a pin 11 projects downwardly from the movable stop 10 and has at its end an elongate profile head 12, which can be inserted into an oblong through hole 4 formed in the second portion 3. In the locked state, the movable stop 10 is arranged so that the profiled head 12 is transverse vis-à-vis the oblong through hole 4, which prevents the pin 11 from sliding out of the hole. On at least one of the lateral faces of the movable abutment 10 is an abutment surface 13 having a transverse profile substantially complementary to the profile of the portion of a generic radiating element 51. During locking, the abutment surface 13 s actually supports radiant elements 51. A projecting portion 14 is provided adjacent to the pin 11, which projects downwardly from the movable stop 10, and can be engaged by engagement with a substantially complementary housing 5 formed on the second portion 3. The movable stop 10 is also provided with two upper notches 15 and 16 which allow its elastic deformation and facilitate its pivoting by means of a tool, such as a screwdriver. A profiled hole 6 is formed in the first part 2 of the stirrup and is dimensioned to be able to receive a fixing screw which makes it possible to anchor the stirrup to the wall 100. The shaped hole 6 is substantially L-shaped, so as to allow correct positioning of the stirrup, both when it is arranged for a radiator 50 composed of horizontal radiating elements 51 and when it is arranged for a compound radiator vertical radiant elements 51. Proper positioning of the wall support 1 is also facilitated by the presence of a fine adjustment means, which allows positioning the caliper micrometer scale. The first part 2 has a first threaded hole 7 which is formed in a flange 8 projecting transversely. A first adjustment screw 31 is placed in the first threaded hole 7 and, during its screwing, presses against the fixing screw, moving the caliper to the nearest micrometer. The second part 3 has a second threaded hole 9 formed transversely with respect to the first threaded hole 7. A second adjusting screw 32 is disposed in the second threaded hole 9 and, during its screwing, bears against the fixing screw, moving the stirrup to the nearest micrometer in a transverse direction relative to the previous one. The wall support 1 has a cover 20, which is preferably made of a thermal and electrical insulating material. The cover 20 is provided with a contact surface 21, whose transverse profile is substantially complementary to the profile of the part of a generic radiating element 51. The contact surface 21, during the locking, cooperates with the mobile stopper 10. The cover 20 substantially covers the entire yoke and leaves accessible the movable stop 10, the first set screw 31 and the second set screw 32. The use of the apparatus according to the invention is as follows: The wall support 1 is fixed to a wall 100 by means of a fixing screw which engages in the profiled hole 6. The second part 3 is arranged horizontally if it must support a radiator 50 composed of horizontal radiating elements 51, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 in the appendix. Conversely, if it is to support a radiator 50 composed of vertical radiant elements 51, it is arranged vertically, as shown in Figs. 8 to 14 in the appendix. Independently of the working direction of the second part 3, the correct positioning of the stirrup is achieved by action on the fine adjustment means. When alternately screwing the first set screw 31 and the second set screw 32, the set screw is pushed, moving the stirrup to the nearest micrometer, both horizontally and vertically. When the wall support 1 is in the correct position, the stirrup is covered by the cover 20 and the second part 3 is inserted between the radiant elements 51, putting them in contact with the contact surface 21. The movable stop 10 is then associated with the second part 3, inserting the profiled head 12 of the spindle 11 into the oblong through hole 4. The locking is achieved by a pivoting action of the movable stop 10 by means of a tool. The operation can be performed, for example, by inserting a screwdriver into the groove 15. A rotation substantially of a quarter of a turn actually has the effect of resting the contact surface 13 against a part of the radiating element 51. Because of the groove 16 and the characteristics of the material of which it is made, the movable stop 10 is slightly deformed during the rotation, compressing the radiating element 51 between the abutment surface 13 and the contact surface 21. This constant thrust prevents radiator 50 to slide relative to the caliper. During the maneuver described above, the profiled head 12 is disposed transversely to the oblong through hole 4, which prevents the extraction of the pin 11, while the projecting portion 14 engages in the housing 5, which prevents accidental rotation of the movable stop 10. In practice, it has been found that the radiator wall support according to the invention fully achieves the desired objective, by providing a wide possibility of adjustment and by making it possible to choose the exact fixing point of the radiator. The wall support according to the invention does not require welding and is a convenient and fast installation. The wall support according to the invention can be used on radiators composed of a single beam of radiant elements, on radiators composed of multiple beams of radiant elements and on radiators composed of horizontal radiant elements or radiant elements. vertical. In practice, the materials used, as far as they are compatible with the specific use, as well as the shapes and dimensions, may be all those complying with the requirements and the state of the art. The present application claims the priority of Italian Patent Application No. VI2008 A000123, filed May 26, 2008, the subject matter of which is incorporated herein by reference.
